Apply Civil Works 1 introduces learners to the fundamental principles and practical skills required in basic civil engineering and construction works. The course focuses on hands-on techniques, safety practices, and proper use of tools and materials commonly used in civil construction projects.

Building Technology Level 6 is an advanced technical and vocational qualification designed to equip learners with comprehensive knowledge, practical skills, and professional competencies required for supervisory and technical roles in the construction industry. The programme focuses on the planning, execution, supervision, and management of building works in accordance with approved standards, codes of practice, and occupational safety requirements.
At this level, learners develop advanced skills in building construction methods, structural elements, construction materials, building services, site management, estimating and costing, quality control, and interpretation of architectural and structural drawings. Emphasis is placed on applying technology, problem-solving, and decision-making skills in real construction environments.
Graduates of Building Technology Level 6 are prepared to work as site supervisors, construction technicians, building inspectors, clerks of works, or to progress to higher education and professional training in construction-related fields. The programme also promotes entrepreneurship, sustainability, teamwork, and ethical practice within the built environment sector.
